Received Tuesday, 10.45 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 5. The skipper of an Italian steamer. aground on Goodwin Sands refuses to be rescued. The steamer, the Silvia Onorato, of 2 327 tons, with a crew of 28 and two German stowaways, is stuck fast on the sands and the captain has repeatedly refused offers by the Kentish lifeboat men to eome ont and rescue the crew, although the vessel is being severely buffetted in heavy seas. The skipper's last message to the l|feboat men was: "My ship is my life. Ship go, me go."
