Mr. Gandhi told a prayer meeting that he was amazed that Pakistan had disputed India's complaint Jto the United Nations that Pakistan had backed the raiders' invasion of Kashmir. The Hindus and Moslems had made grievous bunders, but that did not mean that the present troubles .should continue until they culminated in war. W.ar , wovld bring both the Dominions under a third power's sway. When Kashmir sought help in expelling the raidefs, Pakistan had a duty to co-operate with India.
