NEW YORK, Jan. 2. India formally complaihed to the United X'ations Seeurity Council toniglit that tlie ncighbouring Pakistan had beeii actively aiding the raiders invadin'g Kashmir. A Secuiity Council nieeting to consider- the charge was promptly called for .Tanuarv (j by the President, At. Femand \'aa Langehhove (Belgium). India asked that the Seeurity Council .order Pakistan to eease aiding the in- 1 vaders, and threatened that, if sucll aitl was not stopped, Indian troops would be forced to invade Pakistan "in selt defence.
