Some think they cah be "saved" in an instant, in the act of "falling from the stirrup to the ground;" some think all they need to do and know is "believe on the Lord Jesus." How little they really "believe." To "believe" anything Or ahybddy requires knowledge, acquaintance, experience, obedience, etc. To "believe" In the matter of Salvation requires all these things and more in increased volume. For Salvation a person must "believe" in God and Jesus, not as mere names heard of, but by reason of knowing them as revealed in the Bible, and fully trusting their wdrds. John 17, 3, "this.is life eternal, that they may know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ." The only way to attain this knowledge on which salvation, by the "Grace of God" depends, is to read and know the Bible first. Bible reading charts for 1948^ covering the Old Testament once and the New Testament twice iri the course of the year, gladly sent free to any address on applicatiori to H. W.
