WELLINGTON, Dec. 30. Six overseas ships due to reach Wellington before December 31 nave ail arrived in the past week, die last of them, the Port St. John, oerthing today. The Wellington waterfront is very busy, but the cargo has been cleared smoothly and without serious congestion.
