WELLINGTON, Dec. 29. The Wellington Lawn Tennis Association's championship tourney concluded in perfect weather. The finals resulted: Women 's singles: Mrs. R. V. Robb beat Miss Fleming 6 — 2, 6 — 3. YVomen's doubles: Mrs. Robb and Miss Fleming beat. Mrs. Green and Miss T. Smith 6—1, 6—2. Men's singles: J. Hamilton beat R. V. Robb 6—1, 6—3. Mefi's doubles: Walls and Davidson beat Hamilton and Nieholls 6 — 1, 8 — 6. Mixed doubles: Robb and Mrs. Robb beat Nieholls and Miss Smith 6 — 1,
