Mr. Fraser, wlio Went iuto liospital witli a bronchial cold last Mon day, is not expected to be out of hospital -before the end of the week but his reeoverv lias been so satisfactorv timi he is to be permitted to leave his bed for his nieeting with Mr. Chifley. Arrangements have not vet been eonipleted, but it is expected tliat Mr. Cliiflev will fly from Whenuapai to Paraparaumu in a twin-engiued New Zealand aircraft and arrive in Welling ton about 10.30 in the niorning.
