Entanglcd in the pulley of a diesel triven stone crushing plant at Waimiha, a man was killed instantly today. lle was Mr. Albert William Ilam, aged 51, married, who was employod by Mr. J. Anirein as the operator of the plant. Mr, Hani tuis alone at the time. His wife eame. from their hoine a. few yards from the plant and found his badly mutilated body lying near the pulley. It is assumed that he crawled into a coufined space to make adjustments to the machinery, his clotliing caught on a projecting key loclung the wheel into place, and he was hurled around the confuied quarters by the wlieel "travelling at 000 revolutions a minute.
