VATICAN REACTION
Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. ROME, Dec. 18. Vatican sources said that the official Vatican reaction to the ruling of the House of Lords that proereation was not necessarily the main object of marriage would not be definecl until the Papal delegate in London had made a full report. "On the face of it, it seems that the deeision is contrary -to all Catholic teachings."
