FURTHER STEP IN SEWERAGE SCHEME

The Levin Borough Council has offered Mr. H. Vickerman, of the firm'of Messrs Vickerman and Lancaster, eonsulting engineers, of Wellington, the position of eonsulting engineer, for the nurpose of investigating and reporting on a sewerage scheme for the borough. This was mentioned by the Mayor, Mr. H. B. Burdekin, at last night's meeting of the ' Levin Borough Council. NO reply had as yet been received from Mr. Vickerman, atlded the Mayor. . Messrs Vickerman and Lancaster was the firm which submitted ,a preliminary report to the council in May, 1944.
