Convicted on five charges of breaches of the Land Saies Act, James Stuart Onslow-Osborne, land agent, was fined £200 by the Magistrate (Mr. Luxford) at Auckland last week. His land agent's licence was. also cancelled. Defendant, who was agent for the sale of a farm at Turua, was charged with procuring the paymentT of £250 above the Land Saies Court price.
