PERSIAN POLITICAL CRISIS
Received Thursday, 10.15 a.m. TEHERAN, Dec. 10. Parliament has passed a vote of no confidence in the premier, M. Ghavam Sultaneh, who, according to procedure, must now resign. M. Sultaneh, after claiming that he had saved- Persia from the danger of an uprising in Azerbaijan, told the House that he had uncovered a well-organised rebel plot in North Persia. "It is a pity I'cannot reveal the alarming secrets," he added.
