E Skinner, during tlie eleetion campaign in Westland, was detrimental to sociai ism and working class unity, a nieetirtg of the Victoria Fniversity Oollegt Socialist Club recently considered he was no longer a fit person to hold the position of patron of the Jlub. A letter was written to Alr. Skinner advisiug him of this motiou. Several nuMubers consider that the. Alinister of Health, Aliss Howard, should be invited to be eonte patron in ATr. Skinner 's place. The niatter is to be considered at the next annual meeting of Ihe club.
