RECORD NUMBER OF BIRTHS
MASTERTON, Dec. 10. For the first time in the history | of Masterton, the number of births registered during any one year has reached 400, this number having been recorded on December 2. It is expected that this will be consid- , erably exceeded by the end of thej month. j The number of marriages this i year shows a steady increase.
