WELLINGTON, Dec. -9. No further .cases of infantile paralysis haye been adnaitted to the Wellington Hospital to- V. day. The four positi've cases / a>re a child of seven and three adults, aged 47, 29 and 27. The Medical OMcer of Health in Wellington, Dr. Hubert-Smith, said there was already a big strain on the hospital staff at the public hospital, and . if an epidemic of any proportions developed in Wellington the staffing. position would beeome critical. He suggested that workers' holidays should be staggered in order. to -avoid overcrowding at holiday places, on trains aiid at camping grounds. Public motor camps in the Wellington area have not yet been banned to children, but Dr. Smith advises against their •use.
