MANAWATU ACCOUNT FOR HOROWHENUA A margin of 19 runs gave the Manawatu cricket representatives a , win over Horowhenua in their match . at Palmerston North on Saturday. Horowhenua had first use of the wicket and placed 115 runs on the board, Galloway (27), Hudson (22) and Judd (18) being the prineipal contributorS. Manawatu replied with 134, of which Sherer was responsible for 24, Dean 20, Woodmore 19 and Ongley 18. Bowling for Horowhenua Hudson accounted for four wickets at the low cost of 31 runs.
