CIVIL SERVANTS CALL STRIKE

The executive of the French C'ivil Servants' L'nion claiming to represem neaily 1,250,000 Government workers, rejected the Government 's wage pro posals and has called a tvvo-day striku to take elfect from Deeember 8,-. .
