Lamb rearing: David Mundy 1, Eilees Pilgrim 2, Betty Pilgrim 3. After the judging Mr. Liggins explained the points on which he had made his placings and gaVe the children a brief talk on calf and lamb rearing. ,Mr. R. W. Evans, a vice-pre^idenb of the Horowhenua Boys' afid Girls' Agi'icultural Club, gave an outline of the activities and organisation of the club. Afternooh tea was serVed in the grounds and a telegram of good Wishes for a successful day read from Mr. E. J. Watts, a former headmaster of the school, who is fiow at Havelock North.
