ANTI-STRIKE BILL BECOMES LAW
Received Tuesdav, 10*15 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 2. Reuter's Paris correspondent reports that the Upper House. after a 24 hours' debate, adopted by 200 vc-es to 84 the Government 's Antl-Strike Bill for caning up 80,000 reservists. After the police evieted strikers from six Paris power stations, naval engineers took over and restored the power, enabliiig underground trains to resume after a one-day stoppage. Saboteurs clerailed four coaches of a Paris underground tiain. No oue was injured.
