The Bil! which will be eonsidered on Decemlier 2 pioposcs to re]iea! the Xew Zealarui t'onstitut ion ( Aniendnvent ) Act, l.s.")7. and make it lawful for the Xew Zealand Parlianieut to ''alter, suspend or repeal at any time all or any of Ihe provisions of the Xew Zealand Constitution Act, ls.12". The new Bill will remove the last eonst.it ntional restrietions on the Dominion of Xew Zealand.
