WELLINGTON, Nov. 30. Xo fewer thau 21 yachts eapsi/.ed in Evatis Bay today wlieu the trials began for thc1 selection of Wanders Oup and Poruwoll Oup representatives. As a result thc1 programnie was a liasco. A strong norlherly wiud ripped sails and dismasted several craft but none of the crews were injured.
