APPOINTMENT SYSTEM AT PLUNKET ROOMS
WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. "From tomorrow, December 2, all Plunket rooms will operate on the appointment system," says a'direction sent by the Plunket Society nursing adviser, Miss A. Husk, to all North Island branches this morning. . Official instructions have been issued to sisters that where possible gatherings of young babies are to be avoided in the present paralysis emergency. Mothers". are not to be deprived of the Plunket services, but must wait for an appointment with the local Plunket sisters- to attend the rooms. Visits to homes, anti-natal appointments and pre-school clinics are unaltered. ~ -
