42 REPORTED MISSING

Forty-two persons were reported missing to the police after the fire. This figure included. the 28 persons whose unidentii ed bodies were removed from tfio building and one woman who diod oi injurie s in hospital. Thirty-seven names were on the list of employees suppliea to the police by the firm and three other persons were reported missing by friends or relatives. Two auditors who were in the building at the time of the fire were also reported missing.
