VETO ON CAMPAIGN AGAINST COMMUNISM
Received Tuesd'ay, 7 p.m. LONDON, XTov. 11. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin correspondent says the British authorities in Germany have refused an American invitation to cooperate in an antiCommunist caiupaign and have in structed German newspapers in their zone not to indulge by implication or itherwise, in " unaeceptable eomment" on any of the other occupying powers. British zone offieiais responsible for supervising the German press, have been instructed to warn editors that the British Control Com niission will not tolerate any organiaed campaign against Communism. Critic isrn of politica.1 affairs will be permitted.
