EASTBOURNE MURDER CHARGE
WELLINGTON, Nov. 12. The case of Winifred Margaret Swan, aged 59, domestic servant, who charged with the murder of her sister, Edith Phyllis Swan, at. Eastbourne cm NQvember 5 was called in the Magistrates* Court tqday. Sub-Inspector J. Orbel asked for a remand of one week, saying that accused was at present in a mental hospital, Cbunsel for the accused, Sir William Perry said he would prefer. q fortnight or & month, No obje'ction was raised by the police and the magistrate, Mr, J. S, Hanna, remanded the case until Nevember 26. _____
