Last week 'in the Aid for Britain campqign, the pupils of the Tikir tiki (East Coast) Sphool eolleeted more food coupons than the Gotm bined totals of Auckland, Welling.ton, Christchurch, Dunedin an4 Invercargill, says a statement by the Aid for Britain National Council^ The children of the school forwarded 174 butter arid 37,354 njeat coupons, this total enabling Gis-r borne to secure first place on the national list for the week with a total saving pf 102,703 coupons. The total .coupons eolleeted for the week was 280,004 eompared with 188,311 for the previous week.
