Received Friday, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 6. Reuter's Paris correspondent says Uiiesco headquarters announc- • ed that the New Zealand Government has informed the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation of its intentions to create a national Unesco Commission, thus becoming the fifteenth member state to establish a national organisation in cooperation with Unesco.
