In an address to tlie Blackburn Ohamber of Commerce, Sir George Schuster said that although it might be dihicult at present to give a guarantee that all Britain 's export goods vvoujd find markets, so ftir as eotton piece goods were concerned, Britain could safelv look forwarj to an export oi 1,000',000,()U() to 2, 000, ()(J(), 000 yards. ■ The textile industry could work to the fullest liinits of produetive capacity vvithout any fear of not being aole to sell its goods.
