The necessity for motorists to lceep a strict lookout for other traffic wlien approaching intersections, even if they had the benefit of the right hand rule, was stressed by Mr. Justice Gresson - in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North yesterday when a claim for damages arising from alleged negligence in failing to observe the right hand rule, was dealt with. The fact that he had the benefit of the right hand rule, did not absolve the motorist from exerciang proper care and attention when approaching an intersection, said His HonL Diir.
