If the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor function, the reception will be held in the Regent Theatre. A decision on this point will be made early on Friday morning, and notice will be given by means of a flag flying on Adkin's Buildings in Oxford Street. If the flag is at the masthead, the Reception will be held in the Theatre.
