Rceived Thursday, 10.20 a.m. KINGSTON (Jamaica) , Oct. 23. Tne British liner Port Phillip, which is en route from London to New Zealand, was towed into Kingston toaay by the salvage ship Klllerig. The Port Phillip had its steering gear disabled in the Atlantic storm that struek the Bermudas on Moniay. Among the passengers is Sir Patick Duif, British High Commistioner to New Zealand.
