ARREST AFTER RAIL SMASH
Received Monday, 9.40 p.m. BRISBANE, Oct. 20. The police today arrested Mervyn Douglas Gitliland, a 20 years old railway employee, 011 a cliarge that on Oi-tober 18 at Tamaree, near Gvmpie, lie unlawfully killed Roydon Kennetll Smith. The charge arose out of the railway disaster on Saturdav which killed six persons and injured 35.
