Professor Olip-hant, ' lecturing, said tfiat if political considerations aiiowed' an ail-out attack on the ailficuities, Britain in ten years: snould have an acpmic power station produeing electricity at a cost eomparaole witn the cost of running a coal-burning station. He added that a great proportion of industrial power might be denvect from atomic energy plants after 30 years.
