Personal The f uneral of the late Mrs. W. J . Drew took.place at Otaki yesterday, when an impressive service _was conducted by the Rev. W. B. Pickering in the Methodist Church. There was a very representative attendance. The service at the graveside was also conducted by Mr. Pickering and a large number of beautiful fioral tributes were placed on the casket, At the church, where there were special hymns, with Mr. Gwyn presiding at the organ, the Rev. S. Kean, in delivering his address, spoke of the splendid work the late Mrs. Drew had done for the church, and how she had encouraged the young folks, and also of her good work as a member of the guild. Pheasant Ecrgs There are some 300 pheasant eggs in the incubators at the Paraparaumu game farm at present, and more are to follow. ,The young pheasants will be libe'rated about April and should assist in providing better sport.
