IN THE MATTER of "The Tramways Act 1908" and its Amendments jNJOTlCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Levin Borough Council by The Shell Company of New Zealand Limited for a license to lay down and mahitahi an existing private tramway on and across Cambridge Street Levin from the railway line to the Company's bulk store and that such application and any objections thereto will be. considered by the said Council on the 17th day of November 1947 AND NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN that a plan of the proposed tramway is deposited in the office of the Town Clerk Levin and is there open for inspection during office hours and that any ratepayer or ratepayers desirous of objecting to the grant of such license, if he or they have any well grounded objections to the sarae, must deposit a memorial of objection signed by such ratepayer or ratepayers and deposit such memorial with the Town Clerk at least three days before the date fixed for the consideration of such application and objections.
