WELLINGTON, Oct. 7. Because it was uneertain whether the size of the team would warrant sending a manager from New Zealand or asking their London representatives, Dr. A. E. Porritt and Dr. J. E. Lovelock, to aet in that capacity, the council of the New Zealand Oiympie ■ Association deCicTed last night to def'Or l the appointment of a manager for j three months. The nominations were Messrs H. L. i Towers (Auckland), D. T. Woo'dfieid | (Wellington), L. C. Cotter (Blenheim) I knd E. C. Isaacs (Dunedin). Mr A. D. j Bayf eild, ehairman of the association, 5 who was also nominated,. withdrew.
