" WELLINGTON, Oct. 5. A charge of iuterference with Ballinagh and otlier horses in the Final Hack Handicap at the Hawke's Bay Jockej Club meeting was lieard against S. T. Phillips, rider of Revivre, uiider rule 289 (2) and (3) of the Rules of Racing by the conmiittee of the club vesterday. PhilLips was f'ound guilty of carele'ss and or incompetent riding and his licence was suspended for two months from vesterday. • A furtlier charge against Yictoi White, an apprentice jockey and rider of Tuckerbox. in connection with the some incident was withdrawn.
