VAST TREASURE HUNT ON IN GERMANY
Received Monday, 11 a.m. NUREMBERG, Oct. 5. The Ameriean war crimes prosecutor, Dr. Robert Kemutner, has launched a vast treasure hunt for fifty million dollars in- gold, which it is believed von Ribbentrop secretly hid in churches on peasant farms in Germany and in forgotten corners ' of German Embassies abroad. Some of Ribbentrop's former henchmen1 disclosed evidence of the fund's vfhen Dr. Kemptner interrogated them. "We then found that Ribbentrop's books did not balance," said Dr. Kemptner, adding that Ribbentrop began shipping gold bars abroad in 1935 in case a war' should ;ome.
