COMMUNIST COUP PLANNED IN AUSTRIA
Received Monday, 10.10 a.m. VIENNA, Oct. 5. Plans have been discovered for a Communist coup d'etat in Austria1, said M. Ferdinand Graf, secretary of the Ministry of the Interior. "Within the next few weeks Austria will be the scene of ffttempts at a Communist plot," he said. "The gallows at Sofia, where M. Petkov was hanged, show the beginning of Communist aggression," he coh>tinued. , The Austrian Foreign Minister, M. Gruber, said today: "It is of fundamental interest to Austria that neighbouring states, especially the Soviet Union, should not supuort Communist aggression in the internal politics of our state."
