Received Thursday, 10.35 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 1. The Duke of Windsor, who arrived at Dover today and travelled on to Lprd Dudley's estate at Sunningdale, would not commit himself when questioned about attending the Royal wedding. Asked outright whether he would be there, the Duke hesitated for a minute and then relied : "I think that is really a famUy affair."
