Forty Blood Donors
In response to an urgent call from the Palmerston North HoSpital, just over forty Levin citizens last night made donations of blood. The work was carried out at the district nurse's rooms by members of the hospital staff, while the organisation was in the hands of the health inspector (Mr. W. J. Guinan) and town clerk (Mr. H. L. Jenkins) .
