VANCOUVER, Sept. 26. Meteorologists liere are examining a small lialloon and cvlinder picked up on a beach, helieved to have made a miraculous fiight from New Zealand. The halloon is sliglitlv smaller than those used in meteorological tests and has a metal cvlinder bearing the namc Jimmy and address Auckland, New Zealand, .Tuly 15, 1947.
