Kings A Hearty Welcome To All MAN QUESTIONS, GOD ANSWERS ' Is eternal life the prfcsent possession of the believer, or a future promise? What saith the Scriptures? John 5. .24. He that heareth' My Word, and believeth in Him that sent Me, hath everlasting life. (Note as a present possession) . 1 John 5. 12-13, He that hath the Son, hath life, and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; THAT YE MAY KNOW THAT YE HAVE (as a present possession) ETERNAL LIFE, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. Reader, the pfomise of eternal life is fulfilled when you believe in the name of the So nof God, and becomes a present possession. Remember the Choice is y.ours to believe God, and the Scriptures which are the Word of God, or man's theory, which doubts' the Word of God. BIBLE TRUTH HAVE WE ETERNAL LIFE NOW? A popular answer would be, Yes; the Scriptural answer is undoubtedly, No. Because it is-in the age to come that eternal lif.e is to be reeeived and enjoyed. "He shall receive . . . in the world to come, eternal life," Mark 10; 30. "He that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal," John 12; 25. "God will render . . . to them who . . . seek for glory, honour, and immortality, eternal life . . . in the day when God shall judge the sPcrets of men !by Jesus Christ," Rom. 2; 17, 16.
