R..Dunean, Wellington, against life disqualilic'ation imposed on him by the Wellington Dis- ' trict Committee, was dismissed today | by the New Zealand Racing Cotifer- ; ence apjieal judges. Duncan's deposit ! was ordered to be forfeited. It was i further ordered u'nder Tule 373 (I) that j he pav to the Racing Conference the suni of £100 towards the costs and expenses of the Conference aiid Wellingcon District Conunittee. The appeal judges were Messrs J. Macfarlane Laing, P. A. 0 'Neill and D. G. Beatson.
