POSSIBLE CABINET RESHUFFLE

The possibility of British Gov-, ernment changes before Parliament resumes on October 20 is admitted by well informed quarters, says Reuter's political correspondent. j They discoimt the possibility of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Hngh Dalton, and the President of the Board of Trade, Sir Stafford Cripps, being invoxved. Political circles also consider that a top level Cabinet reshuffle is possible after the Foreign Ministers' conference in November. Many have been urging that Mr. Bevin should become economic director of Britain's whole effort to achieve industrial recovery.
