RIOTERS LOOT 50 SHOPS
Received Monday, 11 a.m. NEW DELHI, Sept. 7. Rioters, mostly Hindus and ?ikhs, in the main shopping centre of New Delhi, looted about 50 shops. A police magistrate said that 300 persons had, been arrested and a 24houf curfew imposed through the Delhi P.vovince. "
