BRIDE IN WHITE ORGANDIE

PUKLOWSKI— PEPPER WEDDING A pretty wedding was solemnised on June 21 at St. Peter's Anglicah Church, Palmerston North, when Marjorie, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stan Pepper, Milson, and laie of Otaki, was married to Keith, youngest son of Mr. W. Puklowski, Palmerston North. The Rev. Cannon Ramson officiated. As the bride's father was in hospital, she entfered the church escorted by her uncle, Mr. J. Kitching. Her frock of white organdie had a pin-tucked bodice and sleeves and a ace yolk, the fully flared skirt falling to form a train. Her veil of silk net was scalloped and embroidered and held to the head with a top-knot of flowers, She wore white kid elbow-length sleeves - and a lace yoke, the fully earrings. Her lovely bouquet was made of regal lilies, chrysanthemums, heather and pansies. She was attended by Miss Betty Puklowski, sister of the 'groom, who was attired in a white organdie frock with a pattern of pink roses, and her bouquet was of heather chrysanthemums and pink camellias. She wore kid elbow-lengtb gloves and a string of pearls. Mr. L. Puklowski, brother of the 'groom carried out the duties of bestman, The reception was held in the Milson Hall where Mrs. Pepper, assisted by Mrs. Cochrane (aunt of the bridegroom) , received the guests. Mrs. Pepper wore a wine suit witli navy accessories and a shoulder spray of cyclamen. Mrs. Cochrane wore a grey costulne, fur cape, black accessories and a cyclamen spray. Pride of place on the bridal table

was a two-tiered cake made by the bride's grandmother, Mrs. j. Pepper, of Otaki. * * .. A dance wasrheld in the hall following the refeeption. The bi'ide appeared for travelling in a modei frock of cinhamon brown with matching accessories and a tulle liat and coat. The happy couple left for the West Coast and Christchurch. • Their future home will be in Palmerston North.
