help offered from britain Eeceived Priday, 7.30 p.m. POET EL1ZABETH, Sept. 5. Britain has offered South Africa as many ships as required for migrants, said General J. P. de Villiers, chairman of the Immigration Council, in a speech. "We have arranged with the motor industrv and others to send re presentatives overseas to seleet their employees. The British Goverjiment placed the whole of its labour department at our disposal so we will get the very best."
