Received Saturday, 9.35 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 5. A statement from the shipyard of Hariand and Wolff says that the new forepart he-ing constructed in Belfast for the Wanganella, will not be towed to Australia. as mentioned in yesterday's message, but will be shipped in sections.
