CONDITION OF INDIANS IN SOUTH AFRICA
Received Thursdav, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Aug. 3. The Indian Government, in.a report which will be prescnted to the United Nations Assemblv, says that the conditions of Indians in South Af rica ,are the same today if not worse than they were a year ago. It aecuses South Afriea of having completely ignored the Assemblv's resolution of last year calling upon the South African and lndian Governments to negotiate with a view to improving the Indians' conditions in South Afriea. India asks the Assemblv to take the appropriate steps to ensurttlie implementation of the resolution and respect for the United Nations charter. ^
